"I’ve had issues with IBS-D for over 20 years. I’ve been advised by my primary care Dr and even a MD specializing in stomach issues. I’ve had many expensive blood and other tests. They would often point to certain food sensitivities, and prompted me to switch to a gluten-free diet for the last seven years. This did seem to help initially, but I would still have bad episodes and I could not determine the cause. I had to be extra cautious while doing many activities that would have me far from a restroom. I took Imodium often just as a precaution.
Before working with Lindsay I had tried a gluten-free diet, many different supplements. I first learned about the FODMAP diet on Facebook. I attempted to implement this diet on my own, but was not very successful. I chose Lindsay because she was very knowledgeable in this area.
Finally, with Lindsay’s guidance, I was able to accurately determine which foods were causing my problems. Many of my ‘trigger foods’ were ones that I never suspected. For the first time in many, many years I feel like my stomach is functioning properly.
My stomach is now feeling better than it has in decades. Lessening a significant cause of stress and anxiety for me.

We are next planning on having my 18 yr old daughter work with Lindsay. I would highly recommend Lindsay for anyone with stomach issues. It has been a very worthwhile investment towards my improved health. I could have saved a significant amount of money if I would have gone this route over a decade ago.

"Lindsay was referred to us from another Dietitian because of her knowledge with Gluten free and FODMAP diets.
For the past 18 months I had severe stomach pains and cramping, along with soft stool and acid reflux. My day to day activities had to be limited because there were times I needed to be near a restroom. When I felt the urge to poop, I needed to right a way. There was no holding it back. I was stuck with Doctors who couldn't find out what was wrong. They just wanted to put me on medications. I do not like being on medication without knowing what the cause of my issues are. Just this May I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. So I needed someone to help me get started with a new diet that was gluten free.
After following Lindsay's nutrition program right away my stomach pains went away and the soft stool went away in about a week. The acid reflux went away as well. The meal plans include food that are easy to prepare and I enjoy them.
