The 12 week FODMAP nutrition program is an integrative, holistic approach to IBS that is fully supported by Lindsay Henley, a trained nutrition expert, from start to finish. Through her 10+ year’s experience with IBS and nutrition counseling, Lindsay has designed a program that integrates diet, exercise, mindfulness activities, yoga, stress and anxiety reduction techniques, supplements, gut supporting foods, and more! This program provides a well-rounded and practical lifestyle approach for managing IBS.

An elimination diet is a therapeutic food trial designed to help manage symptoms related to food allergies, sensitivities, and food intolerance. It can help solve symptoms such as IBS, mood disorders, asthma, fatigue, joint pain, migraines, skin rashes, and autoimmune disorders. While expensive lab tests are available for food sensitives, they are often times inaccurate, providing false results. The elimination diet has been the gold standard for identifying food sensitivities by integrative and functional medicine practitioners for years. It takes work and dedication, but with a trained professional by your side you can feel fully supported, throughout the process. Once completed the knowledge gained and health benefits achieved are worth it!
Although elimination diets for IBS and food sensitives are what our programs are geared toward, Lindsay has worked with a wide range of clients with various health conditions and has experience with coaching people to get solutions to their health problems! You will meet virtually with Lindsay for your appointments online on an easy to use, HIPPA compliant platform. This is also where you and Lindsay can privately chat "on demand" for any immediate concerns or questions that cannot wait until your next scheduled session. You will be able to upload your meals in the moment via text or snap a picture with your smart phone and receive feedback on them daily for accountability. All education materials, meals plans, and documents will be within this same platform (app available and recommended for use) to help you feel fully supported on your journey.
The programs can vary by price point but in general some of the inclusions are:
· 6 coaching sessions with a Registered Dietitian who is specifically trained in and has experience working with IBS and food sensitivities.
· Endless resources to make it easy: meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, food brand ideas, educational materials, hidden ingredient lists, and other helpful tools.
· Weekly food journal reviews with constructive feedback for accountability to help you stay on track
· Unlimited access to Lindsay for your questions that just cannot wait until the next scheduled session
· Mindfulness practices for reducing stress and improving gut health
· Supplement plan and discounts as applicable,
We offer nutrition programs that are very robust with "on demand" support! This type of service is not covered by insurance, which typically either does not cover nutrition visits for any type of elimination diet or food sensitives at all, or only cover a few hours of face time with a Dietitian. We want to fully support you on your journey with consistent accountability and access to a trained professional. You will be paying for having a Dietitian "in your back pocket," and this is a service that insurance does not cover. Payment plans are offered to help those who cannot pay for the full program up front. A super bill can also be provided for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
